Sawn Timber

Pinewood timber
comes from the raw material that grows on sand sites. As a result the timber has a narrow ring, delicate colour and is excellent for varnishing. Timber is provided in standard sizes (thickness), i.e. 19, 22, 25, 28, 32, 38, 45, 50 and 63 in all quality classes. Moreover we provide our customers with squared timber in 'j' class (sound knot) in all sizes, used in the production of glued boards and construction components for upholstery framework. Pinewood timber is also used in framework construction of wooden houses. Timber is available in the edged and non-edged option as well as dry or wet. Beech timber
is produced with raw material from Darżłubsko-Oliwskie Forests, by many experts considered to be one of the finest beech stands in Poland. The timber features a low content of false heartwood and a uniform colour. The careful process of weathering frees timber of any micro-cracks and adapts it to further processing. The timber is available in the following sizes (thickness): 25, 28, 32, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80 mm in all quality classes as well as heartwood class. Apart from the long timber we have also included medium timber in our range, highly popular among customers who use short components. In order to meet the expectations of our customers beech timber is offered in a skin-dried version (22-28%) used for the production of bent furniture, dried in white (8-10%) and lightly evaporated (8-10%), as well as subject to the complete evaporation process (8-10%). Spruce timber
is produced with raw material from the forests of the North of Poland. With its small knots and no resin it is used in the production of construction woodwork. Our offer includes spruce timber of sizes (thickness) 22, 25, 32, 38, 50 and 63 mm in all quality classes. Moreover, we recommend to our customers components for frameworks of upholstered furniture. Spruce is gaining popularity among manufacturers of upholstered furniture due to its low weight and high resistance. Spruce timber is available in the edged and non-edged option as well as dry and wet. Furthermore we can produce customised non-standard sizes. |

Oak timber
is produced with raw material from Kujawskie, Wielkopolskie and Mazurskie stands. If features a light, uniform colour, an excellent structure, straight knots and suitable hardness. All these qualities are important both technologically and aesthetically. Before drying timber is weathered, hence the subsequent processing is much easier. The timber is available in the following sizes (thickness): 26 and 50 mm, in all quality classes. Apart from long timber we have also included medium timber in our range, highly popular among customers who produce short, often coloured, components. Oak timber is available in the dry or wet option. Moreover we can produce customized non-standard sizes. |

Larch timber
due to its characteristic colour is used in the production of internal windows and doors. Moreover it is appreciated by customers as an excellent material for floors. Larch timber is available in the following sizes: 25, 32, 38 and 50 mm as well as floor boards. Similarly to all other products it is available in the dry (8-12%) and wet option. Moreover we can produce customized non-standard sizes. |

Birch timber
belongs to the lightest types of timber available in Poland. It is used for the production of furniture and certain elements of construction woodwork. Our range of products includes the following sizes (thickness): 26 and 65 mm in the form of dry and wet timber. Birch timber provided by our plant features a low content of false heartwood. Moreover we can produce customized non-standard sizes. |

Alder timber
is a new product in the MGJ offer. It is made of raw material from Mazurskie forests. With the careful selection process, even at the stage of purchasing raw material, the alder timber features a low content of heartwood and a uniform colour. The alder timber is available in the following sizes (thickness): 25, 28, 32, 38, 50 and 65 mm, in all quality classes, both in the dry and wet form. Moreover we can produce customized non-standard sizes. |

Ash timber
The raw material for the production of ash timber comes mostly from Mazury forests and Żuławy. Ash is characterised by a uniform colour and a straight pattern. We provide ash in three quality classes, both dry and wet. The offered sizes (thickness) are from 26 to 50 mm, however we can produce customized non-standard sizes.
